  • Cobble Cottage is a Luxury holiday cottage, presented to the highest standard and rated 4 star.  We have been awarded the Cornish Quality Mark Approval and are very proud by our high standards.

  • Private, fully enclosed garden, with furniture and BBQ available.  Please note, the garden is currently undergoing remodelling so is not available for use until late 2022

  • Private off street parking for smaller family cars (not suitable for SUVs due to width restriction of archway).  With additional free parking in the village square adjacent to the property.

  • Fully equipped kitchen: Neff fan oven, hob, Neff microwave, Neff integrated dishwasher, fridge.  There is a separate laundry room with freezer, and a washer/dryer available.

  • 50 inch Smart TV in sitting room with Netflix* and Amazon Video*. DVD and DAB bluetooth radio/CD player

  • Modern ceramic electric heating and heated floors.  No storage heaters here!

  • Woodburner in the sitting room (New Eco 2022 ready wood burning stove).

  • Free High speed WIFI Broadband  

  • Quality Bed linen, duvets & pillows, hand and bath towels and Bath mat

  • Nespresso Coffee Machine

  • Tea towels and oven glove

About Us

We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to stay in our beautiful  traditional Listed Cornish cottage. My husband and I and our three children (and dog!) are very fond of this area of Cornwall and have spent most of our family holidays in this wonderful part of the world. It is full of special memories.

 

The ideal next step was for us to have our own Cottage that we and our guests could enjoy.  We have tried to create a cosy but modern feel for the cottage, one which works for modern family life.  We hope to have many great family holidays here and invite you too as well.  This is not a just a holiday cottage, it is a real home from home and we have invested in the best fixtures and fittings and technology.  As a result we are proud to have been awarded the coveted Cornish Quality Approval.  We are able to help visitors with where to go to get the best out of this lovely area.

I have years of experience running my Father's holiday Cottages in Warwickshire (established for over 25 years).
